Cookie Policy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 1 ottobre 2026

Questa pagina dice quali cookie e quali strumenti simili usa davvero getbandolo.com, chi li installa e come puoi scegliere.

1. In breve

3.1 Google Analytics 4

Fornitore: Google Ireland Ltd e Google LLC (Stati Uniti).

3.2 Microsoft Clarity

Fornitore: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd e Microsoft Corporation (Stati Uniti).

4. Come scegli e come cambi idea

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This is a courtesy translation. If the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails.

This page says which cookies and similar tools getbandolo.com actually uses, who sets them and how you can choose. Controller: [to be completed: name of the data controller and seller], contact hello.bandolo@gmail.com. For everything else, see the Privacy Policy.

1. In short

  • Without your consent the site uses only technical tools: those needed for sign-in, to remember your choices and to protect the service from abuse.
  • If you press "Accept all", two third-party analytics tools are switched on: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you press "Essential only" they are not loaded.
  • We do not use advertising cookies and the site contains no advertising.

2. Technical tools (always on)

2.1 Sign-in: Clerk

Sign-up and sign-in are handled by Clerk, Inc. Its script is loaded from Clerk's domains (clerk.accounts.dev during development, clerk.getbandolo.com in production; the site also allows clerk.com) on every visit, even if you have no account, and sets these cookies:

  • __client_uat and __clerk_db_jwt, also with a suffix (for example __client_uat_xxxx), on the getbandolo.com domain: they say whether a session is open in this browser. Duration: 12 months.
  • __session, on the getbandolo.com domain, only after sign-in: it holds the token that keeps you signed in. It is short-lived and is renewed as long as you stay signed in.
  • __cf_bm and _cfuvid, on Clerk's domain: Cloudflare cookies that Clerk uses to tell people from automated programs. The first lasts about 30 minutes, the second until the browser is closed.

During sign-up and sign-in Clerk may show an anti-bot check provided by Cloudflare, loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com. Clerk's program may also send technical data about its own operation (telemetry) to clerk-telemetry.com: it writes no cookies, but Clerk receives the IP address and browser information.

2.2 Browser storage

To remember your choices the site writes some entries in the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). They stay on your device and are not cookies:

  • cookie-consent: the choice made in the banner. It stays until you change it or clear the site's data.
  • bandolo_lang (and the old entry lang): the chosen language.
  • bandolo_onboarding, bandolo_onboarding_done: where you are in the initial guide.
  • bandolo_feedback_dismissed: remembers that you closed the feedback request.
  • bandolo_ref_code: the invitation code, if you arrived from an invitation link.
  • bandolo_advisor_chat: the conversation with the assistant, so that it is not lost when the page reloads.
  • Clerk entries (names starting with __clerk or clerk): sign-in state.
  • temporary entries, deleted when the tab is closed: the email typed on the pricing page before registering (bandolo_email_pagamento); which of our servers is answering (bandolo_api_base); technical reload and error flags (bandolo_ricaricato_per_deploy, bandolo_crash_segnalato, __clerk_cleaned).
  • bandolo_debug_log and bandolo_debug_enabled: a diagnostic log that stays in the browser and is sent to us only if diagnostics are switched on by hand.

2.3 Protection from abuse

With every request to our server the site attaches a short code computed from the characteristics of the browser (type and version, language, screen, time zone, number of processors, platform). It is not stored on your device and is used only to limit the creation of multiple accounts; it is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics tools (only with your consent)

3.1 Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC (United States). The script is loaded from googletagmanager.com and sends data to google-analytics.com and analytics.google.com. It is used to count visits and understand which pages are used. Cookies, on the getbandolo.com domain: _ga and _ga_B19MX52WR8, lasting about 13 months. Google also receives your IP address and browser information.

3.2 Microsoft Clarity

Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd and Microsoft Corporation (United States). The script is loaded from the clarity.ms domains. It records how the page is used (clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, pages visited) and makes it possible to replay the browsing session: it is the more intrusive of the two tools, which is why it starts only if you accept. Cookies, according to Microsoft's documentation: _clck (about 12 months) and _clsk (one day) on the getbandolo.com domain; CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, SM and MR on Microsoft's domains.

3.3 Internal action log

Only if you accept, the site also records on its own servers (Render and Turso, in the European Union or in the United States as stated in the privacy policy) the pages you open and the buttons, links and boxes you click, with the time, the IP address and, if you are signed in, your user number. It never records what you type into fields. It is used to understand how the site is used and to fix it; only administrators consult it, and it is deleted after 90 days. It sets no cookies of its own: it follows the same choice you make for the analytics tools.

4. How you choose and how you change your mind

On your first visit a banner offers "Essential only" and "Accept all". Until you choose, the analytics tools stay off. You can change your choice whenever you want: from this page, with the button to manage cookie preferences, or from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the home page.

If you withdraw consent the page reloads and the analytics tools are no longer loaded; the site also tries to delete their cookies. If you still find some in the browser, for example _ga, you can delete them by hand: without the analytics script nobody reads them any more.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block Clerk's technical cookies you will not be able to sign in to your account.

5. Updates and language

Whenever a tool is added or removed, this page and the date at the top are updated. The document is available in Italian and in English: if the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
